Being an enthusiast in the nutrition industry is often accompanied by curiosity: curiosity to constantly learn, try new things, and experiment. If only there was enough time in the day to try out the constant flow of new recipes that flood our Instagram feeds. Below are some recipes that don’t require extensive amounts of time, but taste like you worked in the kitchen all day long! We hope you enjoy them as much as we did.  

Breakfast:

These roasted cinnamon beets by @shutthekaleup with a drop (or two!) of plain greek yogurt and a drizzle of almond butter are great. She also has a recipe for cinnamon roasted cauliflower, zucchini and carrots that is delicious!

Lunch:

This hummus puts a fun twist on the original flavor. Minimal ingredients and a quick prep time accompany this yummy dip. @minimalistbaker came up with this recipe:

Dinner:

This buddha bowl looks amazing and if it comes from @healthygffamily, it surely is. We used her pickled cabbage recipe to make a yummy side dish. Instead of chilling the cabbage, it was steamed with a little bit of water then the apple cider vinegar was added and cabbage was sautéed until done.

Almond butter matcha cups...need I say more? We turned ours into minis and they were the perfect sized treat. It is easy to top/fill them with something different for everyone!
